Signal Identity logo mark: an omega fused with an oscilloscope waveform

SignalIdentity

A brand built on New York structure and Miami night color. Engineering precision rendered in neon — an original system, drawn from scratch by Justin Samuel Parsons.

Origin

Two coastlines, one waveform. The grid and steel of New York, the heat and chrome of Miami — measured on the same scope.

The Mark

Signal Identity omega and waveform mark

Omega + waveform. The Greek omega stands for resistance — the electrical foundation of the work. A sharp oscilloscope trace runs edge to edge through it: the signal that never stops moving.

Construction. Drawn on a square grid, stroke weight equal to one grid unit, waveform baseline locked to the optical center of the omega.

Original artwork. Every element of this identity is drawn in-house. No third-party insignia, franchise motifs or licensed marks are used anywhere in the system.

Body copy stays quiet and measured. Technical labels run uppercase at 11px with 0.25em tracking — the instrumentation voice of the brand.

Machines

The brand lives on hardware. Built exotics, offshore hulls and boosted skis — each one running a single power path, tuned loud and lit in Miami night color.

Ocean Drive Exotic

Single big turbo · Anti-lag flames

Wide-body exotic on a top-mount turbo setup, front-mount intercooler through the bumper, tune trimmed for hard overrun flames.

Blower Coupe

Roots supercharger · No turbos

Belt-driven blower through the hood, no boost lag and no turbos anywhere on the car. Side pipes light up on every shift.

Bay Runner Ski

Supercharged · Flame tips

Supercharged ski with a custom exhaust package and neon graphics — built for night runs across the bay.

Custom offshore speedboat with twin-turbo engines shooting flames from transom exhausts against the Miami skyline

Offshore Hull

Twin turbos · Transom flames

Twin-turbo offshore hull with underglow, open engine bay and transom exhausts that throw flame across the water.

Principles

Signal over noise

One waveform, one message. Every layout resolves to a single dominant line — the rest is quiet structure.

New York structure

Hard grids, steel edges, uppercase engineering labels and subway-plate spacing. The bones stay industrial.

Miami color

Ocean-drive cyan, sunset magenta and causeway amber against midnight. Color is the warmth over the grid.

Built, not decorated

Everything reads like instrumentation: measured, labeled, engineered. No ornament that doesn't carry meaning.

Usage

Do

  • Place the mark on midnight or deep-panel surfaces
  • Keep clear space of at least one omega-width on all sides
  • Pair Bay Cyan with Vice Magenta at roughly 3:1
  • Use uppercase tracked labels for technical captions

Don't

  • Never rotate, skew or re-proportion the mark
  • No drop shadows, bevels or gradient fills inside the mark
  • Never place the mark over busy photography without a scrim
  • Don't recolor into palettes outside the six brand tokens
